Or do we have an unofficial one using other airfields not on the official list like the Westbound event (departed EGCN?)?

We always do an unofficial one! For Eastbound normally depart an event airport but well in front of the event and fly to a non-event arrival point staying at least 30-40 mins in front of the gaggle of tossers.
This time the furthest North departure is Boston (I think) which keeps one ahead and then Manchester is not the place to arrive.

From Vatsim.net:
"Slots on the day depart from 1100-1500Z"
So as long as you're out by then... I'll be working until around 1630BST but should be able to control at the arrival airfield. SAV fying en masse ahead of the pond and then arriving at an SAV controlled field should go down well...

If I don't end up going to Texas next week (I'll explain that one) I'm in. Rums at the ready - Bill check your roof.

I've taken steps on the that front: a) there is no longer a water tank in the loft b) Wilson isn't here.

On the topic of heading warnings, probably best keeping your computer equipment upstairs and your beer equipment downstairs. Just to avoid any unwanted irrigation. Unless beer flows uphill in your house!

If anyone is going to fly non-CTP on the day, can I suggest Doncaster as arrival airport - right through MAN airspace causing someone unrivalled happiness...
