Weston or sumink else?

Since previous attempts to simply gain everyone's opinion have failed I'm trying one last thing to determine whether everyone wants to attend Weston or not. Deciding against attending Weston will result in the cancellation of our stand at weston and a greater effort being put in to the organisation of a private event later in the year. It's important to point out that a private event may never happen due to logistical reasons but organising two events so we can pick which one we prefer simply isn't an option.

I'm not concerned about whether your aunties' cat is being neutered during the weston weekend or if you can only attend depending on the tide times and position of the moon in the night sky. A simple yes if you want to attend Weston in July or a simple no if you don't want to/can't attend.

I'd take the majority vote from here already, close this thread and email the museum to tell them we aren't coming. Key Players I'm sure will go with the flow.

Majority??. 5?. Severnair/VBFC is dropping rapidly Hodge  . The actual list is nearly 25 for those that come or put effort into Weston

I think if they had left things as they were, most would have attended Weston as it seems to fit in well with everyones plans for that time of year but it can't compete with RIAT that weekend so a private meetup to control and fly looks a better option this year.
